IALHA UPGRADE
For screenshot of proposals and changelogs. This is what I would expect.
I asked Steven to do a 2hr div build of a member ship dash oard that could process our applications. This would be something that references through API our studbook and once the application for the horse is approved adds it to the Studbook software database for certificate printing.
He did not edit the ‘style’ of the page and did not specifically retitle the headers (all can be done). But this should give an idea of what I would expect to see from our bidder
- A membership join/login page

2. Once a member you can login to your portal to view your horses, mark horses as sold, leased, deceased, and track your pending registrations. Get pedigree info on your personal horses. Get a printable membership card and show horses are registered for use at competitions.
it has red boxes where thr office has rejected a part of a horses application, which would allow for the user to upload and correct the missing items

3. This would also allow access to a preauthorized owner registration page (non members can register the horses through the same process but without losing in as a member. Each blank could be created to mirror our forms with the option to purchase or upload DNA, microchips. A spot to upload photos, marking diagrams, and sire/dam owner signature pages if needed. Any purchases would go into a “cart” to be paid at checkout.

4. It would have an admin registrar portal to review all applications and membership lists. It allows a direct message to be sent to the applicant request specific missing documents, signatures, etc. And labels the application as “in review” allows to reject the application or accept the application which would then send the completed info in a PDF to yhe registrars for approval, printing, and inclusion in the stubook program. It creates a ticket and “audit log” so we can track how long each application takes.

5. Shop allows members to purchase extra microchips, color testing, and other items we may want to sell.

6. There is a BOD to VIEW the registrar portal but not make any changes.

this was maybe 2.5 hours of stevens time. This is a live web program that works as described above. Something like this would have to be programed to reference through API our studbook program (once we get it online) or would need to integrate the studbook program data into the data banks.
yes the headings, colors, names, specific blanks for registration all have to be customized… which is not difficult… but THIS is what I am expecting at minimum for them to show us.
